💞Loved UpI liked that. I liked it. This year I have been reading one of my favorite books in my English course. It's slow to begin, but in the middle, it gets better. It's a little slow, with a good story behind it, like most older American literature.

👍Worth reading🎯WorthwhileNot much to say. I really like it. I didn't think it was hard to find out who the dad was but everyone in my class didn't know for a while.

Nothing was more remarkable than the change which took place, almost immediately after Mr. Dimmesdale's death, in the appearance and demeanour of the old man known as Roger Chillingworth. It is a good lesson—though it may often be a hard one—for a man who has dreamed of literary fame, and of making for himself a rank among the world's dignitaries by such means, to step aside out of the narrow circle in which his claims are recognized and to find how utterly devoid of significance, beyond that circle, is all that he achieves, and all he aims at.
