3 cups cooked brown lentils
15 oz. (1 can) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
¾ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon chili powder
1/3 cup salsa
2/3 cup veggie broth, more if required
Corn or Tortillas
Salt to taste
Toppings: tomato, corn, lettuce, cilantro, cheese, guacamole, salsa, etc.
