High floors and high ceilings are near finished products to match. Each player should spend at least 75 percent of the season in the majors.

Two. Byron Buxton, OF, Twins
Three. A.J. Reed, 1B, Astros
Four. Nomar Mazara, OF, Rangers
Five. Trea Turner, SS, Nationals
Six. Max Kepler, OF/DH, Twins
b. Standard Mixed Leagues—Starting Pitchers
Matz gets lumped in here, but he should be the third prospect drafted behind Seager and Buxton. Giolito is the least likely to make 20 big league starts, but he has SP1 upside.
