he yoga of knowledge, or union with the world of information, is acquired when we experience life through our mind, when we rationalize the things that happen to us as cause and effect, and unite ourselves with what we want to acquire in the process. Such attitude may include reading, traveling and meeting people that can teach us valuable lessons, but also the simple act of asking and listening.
The yoga of action is based on what we must actually do to experience. It’s manifested in our commitment to our goals, our inner will and our future.
