Vidyāpati: Bangīya padābali; songs of the love of Rādhā and Krishna

Vidyapati, also known as Maithil Kavi Kokil (the poet cuckoo of Maithili), was a Maithili and Sanskrit poet, composer, writer, courtier, and royal priest. Vidyapati was a devotee of Shiva but also wrote love songs and devotional Vaishnava songs. These works present the collection of the best of his works inspired by Indian folklore.
