Didn't expect much from this book but it turns out to be my favorite book of the year. Packed with notable insights throughout the chapters which makes this book one of the best personal development handbook, even for a non-gritty like me. It gives inspiration, motivation and practical steps for growing grit from the inside out and outside in.

Rather than intensity, what comes up again and again in their remarks is the idea of consistency over time.

    Passion should be consistent
