Medical Humiliation

James is determined to do everything right. It's the first time the Alpha Werewolf has been given a Human and he wants to make sure she's in perfect condition. She's a lovely little thing, eighteen-years-old and still innocent.

His first stop, therefore, is to the doctor's office. After all, their difference in size is impressive and he wants to make sure she can take all of him.

The good doctor opens her up not just with his fingers, but a combination of medical devices that has her squirming and moaning as she's tied up and rendered helpless on the medical bed. She's spread open in every way imaginable and then filled up right in the doctor's office.

“Have you ever had sex with a human?” he asks, raising her arms to check her armpits. “Is this one trained?”

“Some,” he answers in response to both questions and leans over to the doctor's desk, plucking a complimentary candy and tearing open the wrapper. He brings it over to the terrified human, who's practically shivering even though the room is kept a comfortable, warm temperature. “Open,” he says and her rosy lips part, letting him place the pink candy into her mouth.

“Thank you,” she says softly, her large eyes glued on him, cheeks hollowing as she sucks on the candy. The candy will keep her distracted from the doctor's preliminary checkup, at the very least.

“Humans are nice, but the prepping is tiring so I normally don't…”

“Knot?” he looks up from where he's kneeling on the floor, pausing in his inspection of her toes. “Well, the appeal of virgin holes is the tightness,” he says. “But since you're planning to keep her, I'm assuming you will be knotting her for the first time?” he says.

“That would be likely,” James hums. Already, his wolf is thinking of her as his own, something he would keep forever.

“I can do some loosening for you, if you want. It might cause a little discomfort for her, especially if her hymen is still intact, but I would advice against breaking her hymen the same time you knot her. It holds the risk of causing unnecessary injury, especially if you are not used to the fragility of humans,” he warns.

His mouth goes dry at the possibility of hurting her. “If you wouldn't mind prepping her?” he hums.

“Of course not,” the doctor waves away his worries. “You caught me at a good time. I don't have any more patients for the day,” he says, standing up and guiding her towards the medical bed, pushing gently at her shoulder to get her to settle on the bed. There's a pause where it seems like she doesn't want to get up, but the doctor lifts her up and she only manages to make a soft voice of protest before she's on the bed. “Lie down for me, please,” he says.

She does, and the doctor gestures for him to come closer and get her hands and torso belted up.

“Sometimes we get really sensitive ones and they fall off the bed,” the doctor explains. “It's for her own safety.”
