    Your baby’s heart is working hard. The fetal heart rate (FHR) can range anywhere from 110 to 160 beats per minute (BPM). It’s probably in the 130 to 160 BPM range (as compared to 90 to 140 BPM for toddlers, 80 to 110 BPM for preschoolers, and 75 to 100 BPM for children).
