Little Women

I really love it. When I saw the movie I loved it! Then I saw the book at a local shop and I bought it. I have read it more than 4 times now! It may seem boring to those who like less detailed work but believe me it takes you in and it just becomes very interesting! I recommend watching the movie first just because you get the idea of the story better than trying to guess whats happening if your not the best reader.

I can absolutely say that little women is a book about life, their ups and downs but most importantly family and love. Each one of the characters in this classic novel is unique, with their flaws and qualities. I can recall that in some chapters of this beautiful book I take little lessons that I can apply in my daily life. The formal English used in this book is exquisite. I wish I could go to this time, where things looked so romantic, classic and poetic.

It is a very lovely book for young girls, and it had its good moments :)

Книга неторопливая, оптимистичная, залитая солнцем и превозносящаяся честный труд над богатством. Под конец от такой сладкой жизни у меня осталось ощущение патоки, как будто в этом бесконечном счастье героинь нет глубины. Хотя читать ее на контрасте с московской зимой и безысходностью было приятно. Потраченного времени не жаль, но если бы история была в 2 раза короче по объему было бы лучше.

Such a touching story and such a classic!! Will forever be one of my favorite books!! Totally recommend to anyone who’s into history or realistic fiction!

This has been my comfort read for too long... I feel like a part of me is in each of those characters, yet they are so different from each other. If you look at it, there isn't much plot, but the characters really drive the story home.
And there lies the brilliance of louisa may alcott

This is a brilliant book, I adored it, the relationship between the siblings is reminiscent of my own life and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable yet familiar tale.
