Spell for Health and Wellbeing

formulaic and similar to a spell, but not quite a command. An incantation is usually a request or an

invocation, a chant as it were to create whatever is desired.

A charm is usually placing a blessing onto someone or something for good. You are charming something for the benefit of others.

Spells are collections of words or commands. We start by describing the problem and how we want it to be resolved magically, and then the spell is closed by ‘So mote it be.’ Many spells have a rhyming tone to them, because this adds a rhythm to it which holds the power. The more you say and repeat it the stronger the spell - you are enforcing your will onto something. That is why it is so important that you act with responsibility.
