For Jenny, Amy, and their friends every local horse show is as exciting as an Olympic event. Their horses that come in every shape and size are loved at least as much as any equine superstar. During the horseshow season, the girls ride, compete, make new friends, suffer some bumps and bruises, and do a little growing up on the side. They get a glimpse of the less fortunate side of life when they learn to know “the new girl” and encounter rescue horses. This simple story has no unicorns or magical stallions. These are just girls next door putting their heart and soul into what they love.
