Student/Youth ministry may literally be the hardest job in the world. Only those who have not been called to lead or volunteer would disagree (and maybe some lead pastors). But, there is no greater reward, and no greater way to make a lasting change in the next generation then what youth and student pastors set out to do. The adventure is not in the job, but in the relationships we form together as we follow Jesus.
