Justin Pagotto is a social entrepreneur passionate about community transformation and the pressing need for charities to transition to sustainable fund-raising models. One of these businesses based in the Philippines provides retail employment opportunities to young graduates so they can stay in their local provinces. As Chief Ethical Officer of Corporate Spending, Justin creates collaborative ethical procurement partnerships by connecting business owners, schools and corporates to high quality, vetted suppliers. These suppliers pay Corporate Spend a share of the revenue stream for the life of the client thereby solving the fund-raising problem and creating ongoing sustainable revenue for social good. Corporate Spend is also a partner of Conscious Capitalism Australia and NZ. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from UNSW, Justin has previously worked for CGU Insurance, State Super and Count Wealth Accountants. He has 14 years' experience in running entrepreneurial businesses, with a background in equipment finance, business insurance and financial advisory. As Leasing Manager for Count, he worked with finance partners Macquarie Leasing, Suncorp, St George and Capital Finance. In a three year period he trained over 700 accounting firms in equipment finance and grew annual transactions from $61M to $200M+. He podcasts regularly with thought leaders in social enterprise and values based leadership and speaks at conferences on his favourite topic ethical procurement. In 2010, Justin received the Australia Day Medal from Randwick Council in recognition of his services to the community.
