Uno de los mejores libros para el establecimiento de metas, te lleva de la mano con un plan accionable para comenzar realmente a experimentar tu mejor año en cada aspecto posible. Me gustó que mucho de lo que explica lo sustenta con evidencia obtenida de estudios, eso le da mayor credibilidad. No queda más que poner manos a la obra.
