Jamie Fewery

Jamie Fewery is a British author, journalist, and copywriter. He has written for the Daily Telegraph, Five Dials, and Wired, and works for a London-based marketing and creative agency, The Octopus Group.

Jamie Fewery was born in Watford. He earned BA Hons in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Hertfordshire. First, he developed, curated, and maintained several content-based web platforms for Penguin Random House. Then Fewery worked as a content manager at British Council, and now he is the Creative Director at The Octopus Group.

He debuted with the novel Our Life in a Day in 2018. His second, The Way Back, came out in 2019.

Fewery's most recent work, The Brink, became One of Prima Magazine’s Best New Books in May 2023. The book tells the story of Dan and Anya Moorcroft, a pair on the verge of divorce, who embark on a couples mediation process to determine the fate of their relationship. As they delve into various aspects of their shared life, including sex, home, money, family, and their connection as a couple, they confront their past and contemplate their future. The book explores the bonds and experiences that shape a marriage, revealing the highs and lows of Dan and Anya's journey together.

Jamie Fewery lives in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, with his wife and son.
