Another position that shows tension or unhappiness is crossing your arms across your chest. This can mean someone is disengaged with you or is bored and wants to end the conversation. Other signs of this include facing away or fidgeting around a lot.

If the head is held up at a neutral position, the person is relaxed. If the body leans forward or backward, it may be a sign of displeasure.
