Being organized used to be a challenge for Sally Munroe because she admits that she was a scatterbrain. But even someone like her was able to overcome being "all over the place". She was actually on the verge of a nervous breakdown when she realized that all the clutter in her life was overwhelming her. It was time to step back, take a deep breath, stay calm, and figure out how to get a grip and hopefully get her thinking process in gear. It was not an easy feat because she was so conditioned to just letting things sit where they are and allowing accumulation to take place. But finally she was able to turn things around by getting rid of stuff that was first unwanted and then unneeded. It was amazing what was left not just physically, but mentally too. If only she had done this sooner, she would have spared herself from a potential disaster.
