Chapters 1-4 didn't impress me much and I was ready to stop reading the book. But then something caught my attention and I continued.
On the whole, I didn't discover new wisdom or learn extraordinary amount of new knowledge. Most of the things aka resolutions described in the book I've been practising for quite a solid amount of time such as sports, gratitude journal, laughter, staying away from impulsive shopping and spending money unwisely. However, it was a good reminder of some little victories the author made during twelve months as her Happiness project was evolving.
